XIF（以下「当アプリ」）の開発者（以下「当方」）は、ユーザーの皆さまのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、当アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
第1条（基本方针）
- 当アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーを最大限に尊重し、必要最小限の情報のみを取り扱います。
- 当アプリの画像処理はすべてユーザーの端末上で完結し、写真や画像データを外部サーバーに送信することはありません。
- 当アプリは、独自のユーザーアカウントやログイン機能を持たず、個人を特定する情報の収集は行いません。
第2条（アプリがアクセスする情報）
当アプリは、機能提供のために以下の情報にアクセスします。これらの情報はすべて端末上でのみ処理され、外部に送信されることはありません。
2.1 写真および EXIF 情報
- ユーザーが当アプリに読み込んだ写真の画像データ
- 写真に含まれる EXIF メタデータ（カメラ機種、レンズ情報、焦点距離、絞り、シャッタースピード、ISO、露出補正、撮影日時、GPS 座標 等）
これらの情報は、フレーム付き画像の生成のためのみ使用され、端末上で処理が完結します。当方はこれらの情報を収集・保存・送信しません。
2.2 位置情報
- 当アプリは、写真の EXIF に含まれる GPS 座標を OS 提供の逆ジオコーディング機能（CoreLocation）に渡し、地名に変換します。
- この処理は Apple のシステムフレームワークを利用して行われ、当方が独自にユーザーの位置情報を取得・送信することはありません。
- 逆ジオコーディングのリクエストは Apple のサーバーに対して行われるため、GPS 座標が Apple に送信される場合があります。この処理は Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
2.3 写真ライブラリへのアクセス
- 当アプリは、Apple の PhotosUI フレームワークを利用して写真の選択を行います。
- ユーザーが明示的に選択した写真のみにアクセスし、写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセスは行いません。
- 一括処理で生成した画像の保存時にのみ、写真ライブラリへの書き込みアクセスを使用します。
第3条（端末上に保存されるデータ）
当アプリは、以下のデータをユーザーの端末上（UserDefaults）に保存します。これらのデータは端末外に送信されません。
- 編集設定のデフォルト値（スタイル、フォント、文字サイズ、テーマ等の設定項目）
- プリセット（ユーザーが保存した編集設定の組み合わせ）
- アーティスト名およびタイトル（ユーザーが任意で入力した情報）
- アプリの言語設定（日本語 / 英語）
- その他のアプリ設定（日付フォーマット、区切り文字等）
第4条（第三者サービス）
4.1 Apple App Store / StoreKit
有料プラン（PRO）の購入・復元は、Apple の App Store のアプリ内課金を通じて行われます。課金に関する情報（購入履歴、サブスクリプションの状態等）は Apple により管理されます。詳細は Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
4.2 RevenueCat
当アプリは、サブスクリプション管理のために RevenueCat のサービスを利用する場合があります。RevenueCat が取り扱う主な情報は、匿名のアプリユーザー ID、購入・サブスクリプションのトランザクション情報、デバイスの基本情報（OS バージョン等）です。詳細は RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
4.3 CoreLocation（Apple の逆ジオコーディング）
前述の通り、写真に含まれる GPS 座標から地名を取得する際に Apple のシステムサービスを利用します。このリクエストは Apple のサーバーに送信される場合があり、Apple のプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
第5条（外部送信を行わない情報）
当アプリは以下の情報を外部に送信しません。
- ユーザーが読み込んだ写真の画像データ
- 写真の EXIF 情報（GPS 座標の逆ジオコーディングを除く）
- ユーザーが書き出した画像データ
- 端末上に保存された設定データやプリセット
- ユーザーが入力したアーティスト名やタイトル
第6条（個人情報の定義と取り扱い）
- 本ポリシーにおいて「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法にいう「個人情報」を指し、特定の個人を識別できる情報を指します。
- 当アプリは独自のアカウント登録やログイン機能を持たないため、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等の個人情報を直接収集しません。
- ユーザーが任意で入力するアーティスト名やタイトルは端末上にのみ保存され、当方は取得しません。
第7条（Cookie およびトラッキング）
- 当アプリは Cookie を使用しません。
- 当アプリは独自のトラッキングやアクセス解析を行いません。
- Apple の App Store が提供するアプリ解析に関しては、ユーザーの端末の設定（「設定」>「プライバシーとセキュリティ」>「解析と改善」）により共有を制御できます。
第8条（未成年者の利用）
- 当アプリは、意図的に未成年者から個人情報を収集することはありません。
- 未成年者が当アプリを利用する場合は、保護者の監督のもとで利用されることを推奨します。
第9条（データの安全性）
- 当アプリは端末上でデータを処理するため、データの安全性はユーザーの端末のセキュリティ設定に依存します。
- 端末のパスコード設定や生体認証の利用を推奨します。
- UserDefaults に保存されるデータは、iOS の標準的なアプリサンドボックスにより保護されています。
第10条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
- 当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
- 変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、当アプリのウェブサイトに捸載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
- 重要な変更がある場合は、当アプリのウェブサイトまたはアプリ内で通知するよう努めます。

The developer of XIF (“App”) (“we” / “us”) is committed to respecting user privacy and protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in connection with the App.
Article 1 — Basic Policy
- The App respects user privacy and handles only the minimum information necessary.
- All image processing occurs on the user’s device. Photos and image data are never sent to external servers.
- The App has no proprietary user accounts or login features, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Article 2 — Information Accessed by the App
The App accesses the following information to provide its features. All information is processed on-device only and never transmitted externally.
2.1 Photos and EXIF Data
- Image data of photos loaded by the user
- EXIF metadata in photos (camera model, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, exposure compensation, shooting date/time, GPS coordinates, etc.)
These are used solely to generate framed images and are processed entirely on-device. We do not collect, store, or transmit this data.
2.2 Location Information
- The App passes GPS coordinates from photo EXIF to the OS-provided reverse geocoding service (CoreLocation) to convert them to place names.
- We do not independently acquire or transmit user location data.
- Reverse geocoding requests are sent to Apple’s servers, so GPS coordinates may be transmitted to Apple. This is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
2.3 Photo Library Access
- The App uses Apple’s PhotosUI framework for photo selection.
- Only photos explicitly selected by the user are accessed; no access to the full photo library is made.
- Write access is used only when saving batch-processed images to the photo library.
Article 3 — Data Stored on Device
The App stores the following data on the user’s device (UserDefaults). This data is not transmitted off-device.
- Default editing settings (style, font, font size, theme, etc.)
- Presets (saved settings combinations)
- Artist name and title (information entered by the user)
- App language setting (Japanese / English)
- Other app settings (date format, separator, etc.)
Article 4 — Third-Party Services
4.1 Apple App Store / StoreKit
Paid plan purchases and restoration are handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Purchase information is managed by Apple. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for details.
4.2 RevenueCat
The App may use RevenueCat for subscription management. Key data RevenueCat handles: anonymous app user IDs, purchase/subscription transaction data, and basic device information (OS version, etc.). See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy for details.
4.3 CoreLocation (Apple Reverse Geocoding)
As noted above, Apple’s system services are used to convert GPS coordinates to place names. These requests may be sent to Apple’s servers and are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Article 5 — Information Not Transmitted Externally
The App does not transmit the following externally:
- Photo image data loaded by the user
- EXIF data from photos (except GPS sent for reverse geocoding)
- Exported image data
- Settings data and presets stored on device
- Artist names and titles entered by the user
Article 6 — Personal Information
- “Personal information” means information that can identify a specific individual, as defined under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
- As the App has no proprietary account registration or login, we do not directly collect personal information such as name, address, phone number, or email.
- Artist names and titles entered by users are stored only on-device; we do not obtain them.
Article 7 — Cookies and Tracking
- The App does not use cookies.
- The App does not conduct proprietary tracking or access analysis.
- App analytics provided by Apple’s App Store can be controlled in device Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
Article 8 — Use by Minors
- We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors.
- We recommend that minors use the App under parental supervision.
Article 9 — Data Security
- Data security depends on the user’s device security settings.
- We recommend enabling a passcode and biometric authentication on your device.
- Data stored in UserDefaults is protected by iOS’s standard app sandbox.
Article 10 — Changes to This Policy
- We may revise this Policy as necessary.
- Revised policies take effect upon posting on our website.
- We will endeavor to notify users of material changes via the website or in-app.
